I realize I'm going backward in time, but I had to share these pics of our Labor Day trip to the Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum, or whatever it is now called. We had a blast. I love that my kids can look at art and be interested in it. We talked about why artists painted what they did and what materials sculptures were made out of. They are so perceptive and observant. We spent quite a bit of time in the Children's building. They enjoyed dressing up and riding the log horses. Bobby helped the girls put together a giant puzzle; they were so cute together. I loved the sculptures outside and got some great pictures there. We also found out that some of the great bucking stock and horses are buried out there on the grounds of the museum. The kids thought that was a little wierd!

Great pictures! I can't wait to see those kiddos tomorrow. Miss Lakin looks so old in these pictures.... she's growing up too fast.
